Works alongside the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to help create unique events that our members and their guests will cherish and remember. Your ability to work as a team player and a culinary leader, combined with your service skills and your engaging personality will ensure that our members have a memorable experience. The Lead Banquet Cook assists in overseeing kitchen staff, member events, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness. Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.
